Self-esteem Boosting Counseling
The self-esteem boosting counseling is based on the research of Brené Brown, Jon Kabat Zinn, and Tara Brach. It is especially designed for people who experience low self-esteem issues. It uses the concept of self-compassion, mindfulness, and radical acceptance to assist clients change unhelpful thinking pattern, identify own blind spots, and build resilience in their lives.
Mindfulness Counseling
Living in the modern society, we are constantly distracted, and it’s easy to become stressed out and not everyone have the skills to manage stress. As a result, people don’t always can bring out the best in themselves. According to research, mindfulness can reduce stress level, reduce anxiety, enhance concentration, become less emotional reactivity, improve executive functioning, and enhance self-insight.
By learning mindfulness, you are able to reshape our thinking pattern, break a habit of negative thinking/behavior pattern, unfold your strengths, and bring calmness in your mind.
Therapy for Highly Sensitive Person (HSP)
Do you feel like you can feel everything in a deeper way and get overwhelmed with your emotions? Do you feel like you tend to isolate yourself when you feel overwhelmed? Have you felt bad about “being too sensitive”? It’s possible that you are a highly sensitive person (HSP).
Being HSP is not a bad thing. With the help of therapy, you can be more in tune with your nervous system, be more empathetic without feeling exhausted, and connect people in a meaningful way. In order words, being a HSP can be a wonderful gift…we just need to know how to use it!
Grief and Trauma

LGBTQIA+ Counseling
We are committed to provide LGBTQIA+ affirmative counseling services for LGBTQIA+ community. Our goal is to serve anyone who identifies as LGBTQIA+ and support them to explore their gender identity, gender expression and gender dysphoria.
We will help the clients find a new way to relate or interact with other people and assist them manage strong emotions they face, such as shame and and guilt.
