Morgan is a person-centered therapist who is passionate, caring, and works to empower clients in their healing process. Her goal is to create a safe environment for clients to learn more about themselves while also learning various techniques to aid in their everyday lives.
Morgan is an eclectic therapist who utilizes various modalities such as CBT, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, DBT, and family systems. She has experience working with individuals with co-occurring disorders, addiction, anxiety, depression, and more. She has also worked very closely with the military population. Morgan is a 500hr registered yoga teacher and doula, further expanding her knowledge and love for the mind and body connection.
Morgan is ready to create safe therapeutic relationships with individuals who are looking to process anything from daily life challenges to past traumas. She will be there to assist you every step of the way, providing you with any additional resources as necessary.
When Morgan is not working, she enjoys yoga, going on walks, reading, baking, traveling, and spending time with family. As a military spouse, she has had the opportunity to visit and live in different areas of the world. This experience equipped her to work with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Morgan is a Licensed Master Social Worker in Maryland and Texas.
She graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington.
