Saba is a compassionate, person-centered therapist who creates a warm and safe environment for her clients to express themselves freely and without judgement. Saba’s goal is to help others feel heard, empowered, and valued.

Saba has extensive experience working with children and adults who have experienced anxiety, depression, and trauma. She utilizes modalities such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, and Strengths-Based Therapy to tailor a unique therapeutic experience for her clients.

Saba is passionate about creating a therapeutic environment that is safe, supportive, and provides the care individuals need to move towards healing and personal growth. In her approach to therapy, Saba likes to develop a deep understanding of her client’s sense of self, environments, and personal goals. Saba also uses a cultural-awareness approach that validates the importance of a client’s racial, gender, and sexual identity in the therapeutic process.

When Saba is not working clients, she enjoys spending time with her family, going to the beach, and trying new cuisines. Saba is the first of her family to be born in the United States, and she is passionate about working the clients from diverse backgrounds.

Saba is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Maryland and Washington, D.C. She earned her Master of Social Work degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
